Michele Lawson, Co-founder of Red Feather Networking, LLC, rarely meets a stranger but it wasn’t always that way.  A visual learner, Michele has always been successful by watching, doing and perfecting.  However, when it came to networking this approach fell short.  “It wasn’t until I did a little self-exploration that I realized I would only be successful in building relationships if I stayed true to my personality and not try to mirror someone else” Michele said.  “Discovering that I was an introvert and embracing that as a strength and not a weakness, was a light bulb moment for me.”

Guiding others on their road of networking freedom is Michele’s passion. Through one-on-one coaching, workshops and speaking engagements, she uses her background in leadership and training to help people shed their old networking perceptions, set personal goals, explore their comfort zone and build a networking style that is as unique as their personality.  “No two people are alike.  When I see the ah-ha moment on someone’s face once they realize that they have permission to be themselves even in networking situations, it is an incredible feeling….a happy dance kind of moment.”

Though admittedly an introvert, Michele is not shy by any means.  Her coaching style, high energy workshops and engaging presentations are proof of that.  Michele uses her laid back personality and her humorous look at the world to educate others and leave them wanting more.
